Menu Plan Monday

I actually accomplished my first Menu Plan Monday a couple of weeks ago.  I prepared all the meals I said I would… even though I flip-flopped Wednesday’s and Thursday’s meals.  Here’s the plan for this week…

Monday: hamburger strogonoff with noodles, green beans, sliced tomato

Tuesday: chicken and dumplings, some kind of veggie…  peas? corn?

Wednesday: chili, corn chips, cheese, raw carrot sticks

Thursday: Chuck E. Cheese (the kids’ school gets part of the proceeds)

Friday: pancakes
