I’m a day late for Menu Plan Monday, but I’m not going to let that deter me. Here’s the plan for the rest of this week and what we had last night…
Monday: Create-Your-Own Tacos without the shell (aka Taco Salad): (steak meat, beans, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, tortilla chips)
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat balls, garlic bread
Thursday: Black-eyed peas, rice, cornbread
Friday: Tater Tot Hot Dish
